In order to prepare staff to go back to physical reporting, UP NISMED hold its first hybrid General Assembly on 14 March 2022 from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. The General Assembly for this period aimed to facilitate “re-integration” of staff after the pandemic and provided orientation on the policy and guidelines of the Institute regarding its gradual transition to physical reporting. The General Assembly was also set up to establish mechanisms for feedback and internal communications as well as to strengthen collaboration between administrative sections and academic groups. During the General Assembly, some staff joined the activity online via Zoom while the other staff were in the STTC Auditorium, where the event was held face-to-face.
